Ipad without data

Hello, I was wondering if anyone knows if I can get an iPad but not a data plan. This is a gift for my daughter but she will be using wifi only. Thank you everyone.

Yes, but Sky only sell cellular iPad's so you'll be paying over the odds for a feature you won't be using...

As @PandJ2020 indicates, Apple adds something like £100 - £150 to the hardware price for cellular functionality, which, as with most things fruity, includes an extremely healthy extra profit margin for them.
