Invoice Number

I bought a new phone and it came with a free gift but I cant find the invoice abd sky isn't emailing my credit agreement to me so where do I find the invoice this is ridiculously bad and very unprofessional sky are so **bleep** **bleep**.

@Gamer01000  It's the credit agreement number minus the letters you need to enter 

 

the credit agreement can be found on the link below under my documents

alternatively enter your sky account number

No it can't this is false information it can be found on the billing section of the my sky app it is the aggrement number sky themselves have just told me.

What truly counts as proof of purchase?

I need to upload proof of purchase but a "delivery note" like they claim doesn't count as it doesn't show what is required very unprofessional how do I find proof of purchase?

Proof of purchase

I need to find proof of purchase with the date of purchsee showing sky's logo and the product o purchased however sky don't put dates on anything so will the email I'm going to upload suffice? It has their logo and product purchased sky also do not do invoices so that too is out.

Hi @Gamer01000  it isn't false information, the agreement number can be found there, it can also be found in the billing section as you have said.

Again no I just took a screenshot of an email sky sent me and my gift should be here within 45 days with all the required information [removed]
