Internet coverage

My phone is struggling with data when I am out and about away from my homes wifi. 
which means I am unable to use data when out.

 

i am paying for a service that I am not able to use when out and about and im not massively happy about it

Ok, but you're just telling other customers here...

 

What do you mean by 'struggling with data'?  Nothing at all?

 

Do you have 5G enabled?

Are you in a 4G/5G area? If yes then is 5G enabled on your account?
Are you inside when you lose connection or outdoors? How's the signal strength?
I had the same problems - outdoors ok not bad but not as good as I expected, indoors non existent. Outdoors signal was excellent but speed was extremely slow, I ended up moving to another provider which didn't use O2.
