Returns process

The tablet I ordered wasn't the model I expected. That's entirely my fault because I didn't read the description properly. I contacted Sky 7 April 2026, and asked for a returns label. This wasn't received. I have tried twice more, still nothing. You get through to someone who has a poor command of English and frustratingly, you have to spell everything out. How many more times do I have to phone? I will end up with a contract I don't want.

I keep being told someone will send a returns label and then nothing happens. I am stuck with an item I don't want and paying for a contract I don't want. This is appalling.

Did you engage with the chat with Sky?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

I have tried every avenue. I don't know what has happened to Sky, but outsourcing is a major problem.

I was told initially that a return label was in the post. The second and third time, I was told an email would be sent. I am still waiting. It seems you can't speak to someone in this country. No disrespect to the agents overseas, but they're working off a script. Their command of English isn't good. You have to spell everything out, adding to the frustration.
