Information update

The account is in my late husband's name.I want to upgrade my SIM so that I can get the internet outside of my home without inviting large costs.

Sorry for your loss, if it is in his name as you might have done yet you need to report his loss to Sky so the can change it to you.

 

Sky has a specialist team that might be able to help you wit the account so select from options are at the bottom of the page on this link.
