Just ordered the iPad mini over 24 months to pay £18.95 per month but confirmation states it is over 36 months at the same monthly amount of £18.95.
If you choose 36 months it would be £13.97???? I have also cashed in 100GB of data. How is this so wrong??
I have taken screen shots if that helps, thanks

Find out moreSwap24 is a 36 month contract, what the 24 part means is after 24 months you can swap it for another device if you want as the remaining 12 months should be paid off by the value Sky gives you for it. If you don't want to swap then you might find that for the remaining 12 months you monthly amount is slightly reduced due to being near the end of the contract.
Swap12 is the 24 month contract package.

As you go through the order process and select swap24 it clearly states it's a 3 year (36 month) contract. Also, any credit agreement states the same.
