Incorrect charge

My  Ckear Score credit score accounts shows a balance from Sky of £824 relating to a number ending  8588. My number does not end with 8588 and I have paid the balance on my phone . This is fraud .

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Have you had any phones turn up at your address out of the blue that you didn't order ?
