Re: Incoming calls
So glad to have helped someone, Skitsopooh. It was so annoying to spend so much time on the phone to Sky and no one knew the solution. Pure chance I stumbled across the answer when I did some heavyduty googling. I even rang Sky to tell them what I'd found, so they could help other customers, but they didn't know what I was talking about. Roll my eyes. And I agree with you - why can I not have this lovely new LiveVoiceMail feature AND the extended ring time? Grrrhhh....

Re: Incoming calls
Hello Damien73. I've never used anything other than Apple, but I would guess it's a similar story for your phone. They've likely done some kind of update on the message taking feature and then left it on a default setting of 15 seconds and it's up to you to make the alterations, in settings on your phone, in order to get the extended ringtime code (specific to your phone company) to work. If you've tried but not sure which buttons to press, perhaps your phone company could help. It's possible they don't know about this solution (Sky didn't!) and when you explain what might be the problem they could help you navigate to the right place in settings to make a few changes.
