Hi @Steve19671  try this.

Change the length of time the phone rings before going to voicemail

To change it, dial: **61*759*11*XX#

Replace the XX's with the amount of time you want the phone to ring for, before it transfers calls to voicemail. The maximum time you can set it to is 30 seconds.

E.g. **61*759*11*25#

That would change it to 25 seconds."

Sorry @Steve19671  looks like it's changed since I last posted on the subject. Try this.

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-mobile-voicemail

go to voicemail greetings settings and help and there is the current sequence listed there.

open dialler then enter the sequence then press call. (XX being the number of seconds).

Not sure what you mean by "done the steve19671" ?

have you found the sequence in the link above ? Skys system won't let me post the actual numbers here.

Re: Incoming calls

I had this problem with my iphone.  Always a mad scramble trying to answer phone within 16 seconds before it went to voicemail.  I rang Sky and they instructed me to tap a code into the phone's keypad and how many seconds I wanted it to ring for.  Then you tap the green phone icon. As simple as that, they said, but it made no difference.  I spent hours and hours trying to solve this problem. Eventually found the answer -

On a recent iphone update they introduced a new feature called Live Voicemail, which means you can listen to the message while it's being recorded and answer the call if you choose, instead of the old style voicemail where you can only hear the message after it's been recorded.  The Sky code to extend the ring time will only work if you turn off this Live Voicemail feature.  Go to Settings and scroll down to the bottom and tap Apps, then Phone, then Live Voicemail, turn that off.   Now, your phone will ring to your chosen seconds and record the old style voicemail message, where you 'dial' 751 or 759, or whatever it is, can't remember, and the BT-style-robot-voice will lead you into the message left for you.

It seems to be a problem that has stumped a lot of people, so I hope that helps..

Re: Incoming calls

Hi - THANK YOU so much for your post!  Finally, I have managed to change my IPhone 16+ to 30 seconds ring!!! I had tried typing in all the codes I found online and it would always say there was an error.  After trying and googling for a couple of hours, I resigned myself to the fact that I'd have to spend an hour on the phone with the lovely Sky CS.  So  I'm so glad I read to the bottom of this question and found you!! I've now turned off my Live VM and it now rings for 30 seconds.  Great! But....(oncoming rant)... I don't understand why it's restricting my ring time anyway??!! They apparently invent a new feature, Live VM  (this is my 1st iPhone after 25+ years of android so I don't know how 'new' it is.  I'm still very much an Apple WIP, so still finding it confusing) and I really loved this version of VM, thought it was brilliant. To now find out that I can only use this feature if I go back to a 15-second ring time before VM, is really annoying.  And just stupid.   Why can't I have Live VM AND choose my own ring time?!

So I've never been on these forums before.  But I just wanted to thank you.  And have a rant!! 😂😂 but mostly a thank you.  As you have saved me having brain-ache 🤯 THANK YOU!  And to everyone else, this method definitely works! And to Apple/Sky - please, please change this!  Sky's own Customer service obviously don't know about this, as it sounds like they are still apparently giving out the codes to people, at least they were in August, when your message was posted.  Thanks again for sharing, Learning Slowly, you are a star!

Re: Incoming calls

I'm having the same problem..ie. all the codes on the net to change my ring duration does not work, very frustrating! Anyone know how to solve this issue for Google Pixel 7Pro? I would be eternally grateful! 🫱🏻‍🫲🏼
