IPAD delivery

I ordered an IPAD 3 days ago, everyone's saying the processing coming soon will change once there's stock - I've checked the sky website for the iPad and there has definitely been stock so I'm confused why mines not been allocated and no change?

As customers we have no insight into delivery timescales or stock levels.

After credit checks have been completed the most up to date information on your order should become available at:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order

When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (usually DPD if you’re in the UK) which should have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot.

I order iPad 11 nearly 2 weeks ago and still have the same message- coming sooon. There is no online chat, no help no email nothing!

If the order tracking says that then Sky are probably waiting for stock while Apple are trying desperately to fulfill all the iPhone 18 orders.

I spoke to a lady on live chat yesturday and she said Apple has said there's another 3-5 days till the stock comes in, obviously then it's processing etc. did you order the 13 inch m4 in starlight? That's the one I was enquiring about
