IP address
I have recently been on holiday in France. Since coming home I have tried to log into my National lottery account and it states I am not in the UK when I am. It says I need to get my ISP to update the registration of my IP address. How do I go about doing this please? I have tried turning the mobile off then back on and has made no difference.

Re: IP address
Make sure this setting is set to automatic or home:
Apple:
Settings > Mobile Data > SIM Applications > Make sure this is set to automatic or home:
Android:
Sky Menu App or SIM toolkit > Roaming > Make sure this is set to automatic or home:

Re: IP address
Just to confirm...
Are you using any sort of VPN?
Are you using cellular data or connected to home WiFi?

Re: IP address
I am using home WiFi. I'm sorry I don't even know if I'm using vpn, I'm a bit of a technophobe.

Re: IP address
...then it's not a Sky mobile issue.
It will probably work if you turn your WiFi off (temporarily) on your phone and use cellular.
Who provides your broadband?
