Mobile device payments not appearing on the app

Has anybody else had an issue with their mobile device payments and contract not appearing on the app. When I click on sky mobile I can see my sim card bills and payments but not the bills and payments for my actual device.

Was the sim and device ordered at the same time and on the same account ?

Yes at the same time. I've gone back to the original email with the link to link your mobile account with sky id, but I just get your account is already linked

You will have to call Sky on 150 about this as they will need to look into it for you.

I did and they told me to sign out, change my password, and then sign back in and it would be on there! Needless to say that didnt work 🤦‍♀️
