Data roaming issues in Canada

I am using the £2 per day roaming which includes Canada.  I can't get a connection today.

how can I tell what data I have used?  I haven't had warning to advise I am near limit. Just the texts each day to see it is renewing.  I can't see in the Sky app.

 If data all used, it is possible to add more in this billing period?

thank you

@Poppy-40

I've moved your post from the Talk board which is for Sky Talk landline issues.

There is now a fair usage policy. Roaming using Roaming Passport Plus is now limited to 25GBper billing period then it's £2.50per GB.

From Skys own website...

When you roam using our Roaming Passport Plus, we consider that up to 25GB per billing period is a reasonable amount of data to use. If you exceed this amount, we'll assume that you're no longer using data in the way expected of a reasonable customer for periodic travel. https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-mobile-fair-usage-policy.

Its worth adding that Sky can suspend subscriptions for overuse.
