I was sent an email saying I can upgrade or keep my tariff or change

I was sent an email from sky saying I could upgrade or keep my tariff. My tariff is currently £28 but was told it'll change to £29.50 which apparently includes a discount of £10. If it's a discount why is my monthly payment going up? Of course I can't talk on the online chat because all you get is a robot

Hi @Closit  once the initial 12 months period is finished then the sim price plan may be subject to cost of living increases. It's saying you still have a £10 discount but that the base price is increasing. If you are not happy then you are best calling sky on 150 to discuss your options.
