I recently ordered an iPhone 17 Pro in orange from you. I received the order, but after using the phone for a few days, I’m not satisfied with how it works. I would like to return it.
I also have a small issue — I can’t find the box fot the phone.
Please advise me on how I can return the phone and what steps I need to follow

@budai You will need to call Sky before you return the phone as they will need to start the returns process.
You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.

Stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. Apparently the quieter times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm.
