Others can't hear me when i ring them from mobile

Having problems today with phone calls I've tried to make. Persons I'm calling are saying they can't hear me. Usually no problems like this. Phone is Galaxy A15. Is there a setting i need to check for this, in case I've accidentally switched it off. Though I've looked everywhere through settings 🤔 Carole

Hi @carolana  i sometimes have this, it comes and goes, usually I have to hang up and call again. Other than trying a replacement sim, not sure there is much you can do.

Is this happening on all calls you are making or just this one person because if it is this one person then the issue could be at their end.

Its was 3 separate numbers I was trying to ring,  I tried each 2 or 3 times. They were just "hello, hello, can't hear you !!" etc  I did text them afterwards to tell them I was having a problem with phone.

My SMS, Whatsapp and all other apps, including music and other audio are all working as usual.

Good morning & thanks for your responses yesterday. An update for interest.   .... Long story short.

Followed some troubleshooting  steps found on support section of "MySky", that didnt help! 

Went on the help chatline this morning,  was advised to ring Sky support number for help .

I did so, and after a long wait for them to answer - they could hear me!! 👍

Hopefully it's resolved now.
