I want to cancel my and refund my money back.
I want to cancel my order. How can I get my money back tell me.

You will need to call Sky to cancel your order. If you then order an alternative device you'll be credit checked again.
Any upfront payment you’ve made should be refunded after about 14 days but recent posts on here suggest it’s taking a bit longer in which case you’ll need to contact Sky again to chase it up.
