I need Refund my Upfront Payment

Hi Sky Mobile,

 

I placed an order recently iPhone 17 pro max and made an upfront (£76)payment, but my order was later cancelled. I was informed that I would receive a refund within 14 days. It has now been 8 days, and I still haven’t received my refund.

 

Could you please look into this and confirm when I can expect the payment to be returned?

It’s possible you may have failed one of the required credit check(s). For a sim deal it’s just a soft credit check, for a device there’s also an enhanced check. See this link for Skys guidance ~

Any upfront payment you’ve made should be refunded after about 14 days but recent posts suggest it’s taking a bit longer in which case you’ll need to contact Sky to chase it up.
