I’ve been wait for my refund for more than a month

I tried to finance a mobile phone via sky and i paid 180£ upfront but it got rejected. I received an email that my upfront amount will be refunded in the next 14 days but its been more than a month now and i haven't received my refund

Any upfront payment you’ve made should be refunded after about 14 days as you've stated but recent posts suggest it’s taking a bit longer in which case you’ll need to contact Sky to chase it up.
