It might not be back in stock as with the Pro models Apple policy is to only sell the latest models so that will be the iphone 17 version.

Your thread title states iPhone 16 Pro Max. It was announced in the press in mid September that the iPhone 16 Pro and iPhone 16 Pro Max have been discontinued by Apple so there might be significant problems getting any remaining stock.
