I’ve been sent a new sim but it’s too big

Hi my new SIM card is too big to go into my phone, what can I do ?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more

Pop out the smaller SIM from its surround until it fits.  (They are scored for just this purpose)

 

Most are nano nowadays (the smallest).

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
