My old sim not working in new phone ( IPHONE 15 MAX)

Tried network rest but nothing working, tried getting an eSIM but code failed to send.

My old sim not working in new phone ( IPHONE  15 MAX)tried net work rest but nothing happened. Tried to sort eSIM but code wont send it says failed to send.
