I phone 15pro

I would like to change the colour of the divide to a blue titanium one please but I don't know how to sent this one back and I don't have the knolage to as I have autism and I find things a bit difficult to understand at times

Hi, as long as you’re still within the cooling off period (which is 31 days), you’ll need to contact Sky who will lead you through the returns process. Dial 150 for free from a Sky mobile or from a Sky landline. If you’ve had it more than 31 days you can't send it back without incurring substantial charges. Some more information is available here

Keep any subsequent proof of posting safe and indefinitely and be aware if you order an alternative device you will undergo further credit checks.

If you get yourself registered with the accessibility team then they might be able to help you so help on doing this can be found here:

If you send this phone back and you can only do that if you have had it for a month or less then you will be credit checked when applying for a new one.

 

You can also call Sky on 150 from that phone for help, so No to any questions asked by the bot.
