I'm absolutely livid!

Sky who offered me a 'free SIM for life' and then started charging for it. As a result, I'm now removing the bulk of my business and these clowns have tried to fleece me out of another £20 for a 'premium downgrade fee' for ending a product that at the end of the contract, i.e when it isn't even in contract! I'm done with Sky, I hope to never deal with these idiots again!
