Is £6 for the sim and £10.40 for a phone ?

Or are you saying you are paying for two sims ?

@Tj1  You'll need to explain a bit more about the issue.

£10.40 for what?   Did you order a new sim/data plan at any point?  The sim you pay £6 for did you ever cancel it.  We really need more details to be able to help.

I pay £10.40 for two sims, I sorted out a new price over the phone to sky a few months ago. I presumed as they changed both plans/sims & made them so I pay them together they would cancel the other £6 one for me at the time of the phone call.

Re: I pay £10.40 a month

I was paying for two separate sims. One was £6 & the other was £5. I rang sky and they gave me a bit of discount & made my payment £10.40 per month for both sims, so I only have one payment leaving my account. The £5 a month has stopped but the £6 a month is still being taken every month. They are also taking the £10.40 per month

In that case as you did before you will need to call them again about this.
