Find out moreAt present you don't need to do anything as after ordering further checks are carried out but this doesn't happen at the weekend so you might get an email regarding your order either later today or tomorrow then you can keep an eye on the status of it via here:
under "Need more help ?" at the bottom this page is the number to call, it might take a few seconds to appear, if you are in Ireland make sure the flag in the bottom right is changed to the ROI so you see an 0818 number:
Just ignore the messages at the start of the call and remain on the line for as long as you can and don't hang up when asked to do so.

@Chsrlie99 even if you get that the credit check and order was successful at point of ordering that isn't confirmation of the order. Not long after placing the order you'll get a "thank you for ordering with sky mobile" email, your order is then screened and checked by a back office team, some people say this is a enhanced credit check although I'm not sure if that's actually the case. Whilst your order is going through this process if you sign into your sky mobile account in a purple banner under your device it will say "CCA signed, check back soon", if your order is accepted this will change to "on pre order" or "on back order" if you weren't lucky enough to get delivery on launch date when you ordered and you'll get a "your sky mobile order confirmation" email

@Chsrlie99 if you've heard absolutely nothing since last Saturday when you ordered you could have a ghost order on your hands. You need to contact Sky

If you already have a Sky Mobile or a Sky Talk landline call free by just dialling 150, otherwise you can use:
