I need to update my apn setting on my mobile which a g9 sky do not appear to have the setting mis

I have a moto g9 I am after the apn settings 

Which sky does appear to have 

Dose anyone have any suggestions

You can also have them sent to your phone:

 

Go to sky.com/networksettings (My Account > Mobile > Settings) and sign in with your Sky iD.
Select the mobile number or SIM name you're having trouble with.
Scroll to 'Resend network settings' and select Request settings.
Save the settings when your receive them and reboot your phone.

I have requested new settings and they said they have sent them to my phone. The phone number is correct but I have not reieved them. This is the third request for new settings.

Try manually entering them as detailed above.
