I need replacement sims but the phone no they wanna verify me is the one lost/stolen I don't have a landline I'm also disabled with mobility issues n I e been on my own for3days with no way of contacting my dad or certain friends as he doesn't do internet I don't know how to replace my sims as my only option is to order a e.sim but still it wants to verify me by ringing the number I don't have??? I'm going round in circles PLEASE HELP ME

You could then either try contacting them or another way you can contact Sky is via their social media sites as there are links to these at the bottom of this page. Sky are also active on Whatsapp.
If this lost/stoeln phone was from Sky then you will need to inform them of this so it can be blocked:
