I may miss my 31 day return!

Will I still be able to return even though I've just missed my 31 day return date?

That would be Skys decision. Normally if you’ve had it more than 31 days you can't send it back without incurring substantial charges. Some more information is available here

Hi @Peter_H  just to confirm you want to send back a new phone you don't want ? If so then if it's passed the 31 day cooling off period then you won't be able to send it back. If it's an old phone you are swapping then they are more flexible with the return timescale.
