I'm trying to upgrade my phone ,but its telling me that my account is restricted bills are payed

im trying to Upgrade ,but it keeps coming up that my account is restricted my bills are payed,and when i speak to customer service they say its not but i can upgrade over the phone ,but i always upgrade online

Hi @Marc38  if its not letting you do it online then your only option is to do it on the phone.
