I’m leaving

I've paid my phone off and sky have taken £15 for a sim only contract. 
I've had no use of my phone since as it's saying invalid sim. 
I'm frustrated as I can't call and I am leaving and need my pac code. I can't receive messages or send textes so can't get that information. 
I need them to now email me a pac code I hope that can be done

While you might have paid your phone off the sim continues unless you cancel or move the number to another network.

If you can't receive texts then you will have to find a way to call them.
