I haven't received my parcel

Hello, I ordered Samsung Galaxy Watch 6 from Sky Mobile on 8 of April. Today was the delivery date and I was waiting for my Parcel to arrive. But at 14:39 I suddenly got a message that my parcel was delivered and received by someone called Ashish. I immediately went downstairs to check it. But I didn't find my parcel there. I asked my neighbors about the parcel, they also didn't see any. The delivery driver didn't even ring the doorbell, delivered to someone who I don't know. Even there's no proof that he delivered to someone, just clicked a picture holding the parcel in his hand. I have contacted DPD and Sky customer service. Didn't get any result from it. Now I received an update from Sky that my delivery is completed. 

I am clueless about what to do.

If you've already contacted Sky about this they'll need to complete a joint investigation with DPD. There's not a lot you can do to speed this up.

If DPD can't tell you where it was delivered to then you will have to get pack to Sky to tell them the picture you have been sent is not you at your property. If you still get no where then you can register a complaint by filling in this online form:

He clicked picture in front of my house. But just holding it in his hand. I was waiting for the order to arrive, but he didn't even ring the bell door. It was an contract order so how do they carelessly just give it to anyone.
