I have no SIM, it's been 9 days, how can I contact a human, without a phone?

I have been a SKY mobile member for about 3 weeks, I am paying for my contract already, except that I STILL do not have a working SIM, the last time I spoke to someone was 9 days ago when I was told a replacement SIM would be sent, now I have no working phone at all, I cannot find any way to contact anyone except the utterly useless chat, which does not even understand the question.. is there any way I can contact a human via chat or email and bypass that useless chat?

thanks for getting back, I have tried this several times, I just go around and around in circles with the less than useless chat, I haven't tried email, I'd assume that would be a dead end with no response..

STILL NO SIM!!

 

[Removed] SKY make it impossible to bypass the utterly uselss chat so I can chat to a human, it just goes around and around in circles, tells me to phone support.. WHEN I HAVE NO PHONE BECAUSE SKY WON"T SEND THE [Removed] SIM!!!

yes, I sent a message, I also filed a complaint, I also, as a last resport, requested cancellation of my contract, all three messages received zero response from SKY so far..
