I get bills and I do not have a mobile or Apple Watches

I see that I am due to have payment taken out for a mobile phone and watches I do hope that no money is taken out of my account And stop sending my husband texts saying he owes £170

Hi @Tyler28  this isn't sky CS here so nothing will happen as a result of your post. If you think someone has fraudulently purchased devices with your/husbands information you will need to call sky so they can investigate.

Hi @Tyler28  this isn't sky CS here so nothing will happen as a result of your post. If you think someone has fraudulently purchased devices with your/husbands information you will need to call sky so they can investigate.

I will be contacting a solicitor if this is not sorted

So you've already said. There is no need for two threads. l’m afraid you aren’t speaking to Sky Customer Services by posting on here. This is a customer ➡️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other Sky customers.

 

Please follow the advice from @63johnw 

 

Threatening to contact a solicitor is irrelevant here. At some point it sounds like you've received a call or email from scammers and you've provided sufficient information for them to order devices in your name.

 

Have any devices been delivered that you didn't order?
