I dont know what happened

I was ordered on online a tablet and I gave all details from my bank card after said something wrong . So now I dont know whats going on. I ordered a tablet or not. Please help me thank you

There is a chance the order didn't go throigh if you were hit with that error message so I would call Sky support so they can check for you.

 

150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:

Try saying nothing when spoken to by the bot.

 

If it didn't then ask them to place it for you.
