Faulty sim

Been sitting ducks from 7th December without mobile service called numerous times to customer service from another mobile line, made multiple complaints and request to ger new sim card, it'd been 11 days and still nothing changed . Never have ever experienced worst mobile network customer service. Disastrous. Reaching out to comms ombudsman.

You can't do that until you have registered a complaint and you have given Sky time (8 weeks) to sort your issue so the complaint and can go in via here:

https://www.sky.com/help/complaints

 

Have they said why the haven't sent you a replacement sim if there are no network issues in you area as per this:
