I am abroad and getting 2 separate roaming passport texts meaning I am being charged twice.

I am abroad and travelled through another country to get here.

Since then I am daily getting a roaming passport text for both countries even though I am on the right network.

This means I assume I am getting charged twice.

How can this be resolved?

Any charges can only be refunded by Sky so you will have to call them, perhaps when you are back in the UK.

Hi @EmmaCA  have you checked your account to see if there are multiple charges for the same day ?

Which countries are involved?

A single passport should cover roaming between certain countries within that 24 hour period.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own
