Hurricane Melissa relief refunds for Sky Mobile and Sky Talk customers
From 28 October – 3 November 2025, we’ll be crediting Sky Mobile and Sky Talk customers who use their phone to contact people in the Bahamas, Cuba, Jamaica or Haiti.
During this time, customers won’t be charged for any roaming data, calls and texts, or for any international calls and texts made to these countries from the UK and Ireland.
We’ll apply credits for:
Sky Mobile: Free roaming data, calls and texts in the Bahamas, Cuba, Jamaica and Haiti, and free international calls and texts made to these countries from the UK and Ireland.
Sky Talk (and NOW Talk): Free calls to the Bahamas, Cuba, Jamaica and Haiti from the UK and Ireland.
Any customers we've identified as having used calls and texts to these countries will receive an SMS on 3 November explaining what we'll be doing. We'll also be sharing further details via our social media platforms, too.
Further information on how the credit will be applied will be provided in the coming days.
Important: Roaming or calling other destinations, not listed above, will still be chargeable. Sky Mobile and/or Sky Talk terms and conditions apply.
