At first i ordered the the 16 pro but it didn't asked any upfront money for pre booking the iphone so i thought order didn't took place.
And then I called sky customer service and told him to order 16 pro max . I paid 116 pounds to book the order and did paperworkstoo.
And he told me 1st order (16 pro) has been cancelled .
But today i recieved the 16 pro phone thinking it is a 16 pro max . I want only one phone . How to return it? Help me guys

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreYou will need to call Sky again to arrange it's return. There should be a small return label on the inside of the packing that you can use so if you don't see this then let Sky know when you call them.
An upfront payment is only required if you only just pass the credit check so as you must have past it with no issues this is why no payment was required.
