My phone has full signal and WiFi but I am constantly being told that my phone doesn't connect. I have missed lots of calls despite having signal.

Thank you for your message.
I have reset the phone and turned Wifi calling off. To be honest, this has been going on for months, but the last few weeks have been really bad.
Upon reading other discussions on this forum, the issue seems to be an ongoing one and sadly I have not found any explanations or solutions as yet!
