Brand new phone received unsolicited.

Not with Sky

Postman called to collect the parcel - declined to give it to him

Trying to report this to sky but impossible

Does anyone know how I can do this

In interim monitoring bank account to cancel any new XXx etc

Why did you accept the delivery in the first place ?

Are you sure this was an actual postie as I can't see why they would turn up if at that point had not done anything about it ?
