Hi,
Is the only way of getting the old phones removed from my account after the contract has ended, as I cannot add any additional devices until they are?

Once paid off it takes a few months for them to clear so that they don't interfere with adding an additional device. If it's stopping you adding a new device now call Sky so an agent can place the order for you.

Find out moreOnly phones returned to Sky are removed, any like the two you mention that have been paid off do not count as an actuve device so should not prevent you from ordering more. If you can't place an order then call Sky on 150 so they can help you with this.
