Ever since I swapped to sky mobile I cannot access certain websites ie like jet2 or tui, no adult websites when I could before when I was with ee and my signal is rubbish most of the time

Parental control settings are turned off by defaull sto to access adult sites when on the mobile data network you need to turn these settings off and you will need a credit card to do this as per this:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/parental-controls-sky-mobile
You can either use one from a family member or friend or if you have a phone contract with Sky then you can call them and they will do this for you as only someone aged 18 or over can sign a credit agreement so they will already know that you are older than 18 for the adult settings to be changed. 150 is the free number to use to call Sky on
