Every time I need to add some more data from my piggybank I am unable to find how/where to do this. Any advise is welcome

Thank you, I have tried that but it only gives me the option to use rollover against a new phone and not to add data to my exisiting sim

Sky has some of the worst functionailty I have ever seen in an App. Run out of data yesterday, so I cant go online. Tried to open the app it just sits there with sky on it. Came home today searching all over gthe dam place, still can find where to do this. GO into mobile, phone, tells me about piggy bank, no frigging link. Absolutely useless. I am not going to my app to buy something but to manage my account. You are bombarded with advertisements for new phones, to such a point, you cant find any management functions. Final straw for me, I cant even buy more data easily. Stuck in Birmingham with no google maps wandering the street.
