How to cancel sim and stop charges

Help as don't know if done right, I want to cancel sim charges but keep my handheld device iPhone with sky

As long as the dataplan is 'out of contract' (12 months usually) then you can call on 150 to give notice to cancel.

You will still need to call Sky to see if they will cancel it for you.

It is just 150.

I have new sim provider in my phone now, so what would the number be?

Put the sky sim in the phone and then use the 150 number.

If I no longer have the sim? Also I have received an email confirming I've left sky mobile but why are my bills still the same?
