How to activate SIM replacement?

I can.t login to do this online. They want to send me 6digit code on my mobile (which is not active yet). I've tried to do this online but they ask me about recovery code. I haven't got any recovery code

The recovery code will have been shown onscreen for you to make a note of when two factor verification was setup on your account so all you can do here is to contact Sky and ask them to activate this replacement sim for you.

SO how can I contact with CS? My phone is not active, I can't call 150. Chat only with stupid chatbot ...?????

If you haven't another phone or a landline one either then try using social media as there are links at the bottom of this page that use can use.
