APN settings are blank

On my iphone  - Never been able to connect to internet services when out of reach of WiFi. Checking APN settings they are blank ( but MMS APN settings are completed)

How do I get/complete these? 
Most of the things I've tried lead back to a less than helpful sky help page!

You can send the settings from your account to the SIM, or set them manually:

Internet APN Settings:
Name: Sky Mobile Internet
APN: mobile.sky
Username: None
Password: None
MCC: 234
MNC: 57
APN Type: Default

MMS APN Settings:
Name: Sky Mobile MMS
APN: mms.mobile.sky
Username: None
Password: None
Proxy/MMS Proxy: 185.110.178.97

MCC: 234
MNC: 57

MMS APN Type: mms
APN Protocol: IPv4

To send them to your phone this is what you need to do:

Go to sky.com/networksettings (My Account > Mobile > Settings) and sign in with your Sky iD.
Select the mobile number or SIM name you're having trouble with.
Scroll to 'Resend network settings' and select Request settings.
Save the settings when your receive them and reboot your phone.

Thanks for the help which guided me to the Sky page to get the settings. 
I had a message saying that the settings had been sent but nothing appeared in the relevant fields and I didn't seem to have an option to save.

i did ask for a resend but think there may be a gap before that's possible?

Thanks for that helpful reply. Found the request settings option on Sky but, though it said they had been sent nothing appeared in the APN settings. 
Going to have a cup of coffee, test my brain and try again later.

Had some helpful suggestions here about how To set mobile APN to allow me to access internet services away from WiFi. 
There are only 2 APN fields -username and password so can't manually enter anything else.

is this correct? I've tried resetting network settings and that did nothing. 
Do I need a new SIM card?

I would try that but there are only 2 fields under - username and password. No fields to fill.

It's an iPhone 16e.

This morning I tried again downloading APN settings for mobile.sky. When I checked the 2 APN fields (username/password) were still blank 

Big but - when I turned off WiFi I could access internet services so mobile  network must be allowing it.

Ill give it further tests today but it seems to be working. Thanks to you and all the others who helped.
