How do i actually do a live chat with a human.

I want to discuss options with someone from Sky as my mobile has broken, need to buy a new one. 

There is no way to contact them ecept emailing them and waiting a few days every time to get a response. 

 

How do i livechat with an actual human?

For a media/ telecomms company their customer service is bloody crap to get hold of.

There is no live chat so if you don't have another working mobile or landline phone then you could try contacting Sky via Twitter or Facebook Messenger.

I have been having problems with sky mobile since April with mobile phones,I am physically disabled,so I needed 2 phones.one has the main phone the other has a back up phone.i tried a out 8 phones,two of them were faulty so I got a Samsung a 14 that went faulty in. Five weeks they mended it had it back five weeks it was faulty again this time it had 2 faults,so had to use my standby phone the Nokia c22 this has got 4 faults the heat from the phone gave me 2 blisters I have been in touch with sky at least 3 times weeks

This isn't live chat to Sky. Sorry to hear about your mobile issues but this is a forum whereby Sky customers try to help other customers. You aren’t talking to Sky Customer Services.

INFORMATION FOR SKY+ USERS: From 29th October 2024 you will no longer be able to pair your viewing card to a Sky+/Sky+HD box that the card is not already paired to, so if your Sky box fails you can’t replace it and you'll need to move to either Sky Q, Sky Glass or Sky Stream to access Sky content

OP is aware of this. If you actually read their message they're asking how they can speak to a human through the chat system, not the forum.
