I want to discuss options with someone from Sky as my mobile has broken, need to buy a new one.
There is no way to contact them ecept emailing them and waiting a few days every time to get a response.
How do i livechat with an actual human?
For a media/ telecomms company their customer service is bloody crap to get hold of.

I have been having problems with sky mobile since April with mobile phones,I am physically disabled,so I needed 2 phones.one has the main phone the other has a back up phone.i tried a out 8 phones,two of them were faulty so I got a Samsung a 14 that went faulty in. Five weeks they mended it had it back five weeks it was faulty again this time it had 2 faults,so had to use my standby phone the Nokia c22 this has got 4 faults the heat from the phone gave me 2 blisters I have been in touch with sky at least 3 times weeks

OP is aware of this. If you actually read their message they're asking how they can speak to a human through the chat system, not the forum.
