My SWAP was cancelled as its been over 14 days for the phone to be picked up . I have been emailed to say reschedule you SWAP , but when I try its asking wat new phone I would like to swap it for ! is there a way I can just SWAP ?

From your new Sky mobile give Sky a call as only then can set this up again for you.
